Medium-high pressure glass-lined equipment is a high-end reaction system specifically designed for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and new energy. With an operating pressure of 1.6 MPa and a design pressure exceeding 2.5 MPa, Linyi Hongye Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. is currently China's largest manufacturer of glass-lined equipment with the highest pressure ratings.
The equipment features a composite structure of high-quality carbon steel substrate and high-silicon glass-lined enamel layers, fired at 920°C to form a dense anti-corrosion coating that combines metal strength with glass corrosion resistance. It can withstand strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, with an applicable temperature range of -20°C to 200°C.
Core technologies include multi-layer enamel spraying processes, flange pre-stress reinforcement design, and high-pressure mechanical sealing systems, ensuring stable operation under high-pressure conditions. Widely used in pharmaceutical intermediate synthesis, pesticide active ingredient preparation, and polymer material polymerization, it fills the gap in domestically produced high-pressure reaction equipment.
Currently, the company is accelerating the development of a 6.3 MPa ultra-high-pressure glass-lined reactor. By optimizing special steel substrates, high-toughness enamel formulations, and multi-stage pressure relief safety systems, it aims to overcome challenges such as enamel cracking and sealing under extreme pressures. Upon successful trial production, this equipment will expand glass-lined technology into high-end applications such as petrochemicals and supercritical reactions, further replacing imported equipment and supporting China's independent advancement in chemical equipment manufacturing.
