The enamel-coated washing, drying, and filtering three-in-one equipment is a multifunctional integrated system specifically designed for industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing. It combines material cleaning, solid-liquid separation, and hot-air drying processes into a single unit. The equipment features a high-quality carbon steel base lined with an industrial-grade enamel glass glaze layer, which is sintered at high temperatures to form a dense protective coating. This design provides both the structural strength of metal and the corrosion-resistant properties of glass, enabling it to withstand strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, with an operational temperature range of -20°C to 200°C.
The main structure includes a conical tank, a frame-type stirring system, a vacuum filtration device, and a hot-air circulation unit. An adjustable-speed drive mechanism powers the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-coated stirring paddles, ensuring uniform mixing and crystal protection. The vacuum filtration system is equipped with a specialized microporous filter plate, achieving a filtration precision of 5-10μm for effective solid-liquid separation. The hot-air drying module utilizes steam or electric heating, combined with an insulated jacket design, enabling gradient temperature-controlled drying at 50-120°C.
The equipment complies with GMP standards and is furnished with safety accessories such as quick-opening manholes, sight glasses with lighting, and pressure gauges. It also supports CIP (Clean-in-Place) functionality. Widely used in pharmaceutical intermediate purification, fine chemical crystallization, and food additive preparation, this system offers high process integration, user-friendly operation, and energy efficiency. It is particularly suitable for processing oxidation-sensitive and heat-sensitive materials, making it a crucial unit operation device in modern chemical production.
